1Consultation and Skin Assessment

Before the treatment, an experienced physician will carefully evaluate your skin condition and discuss your concerns to create an appropriate treatment plan.
If necessary, skin analysis devices may be used to assess your skin in detail.
2Cleansing

Makeup and oils are gently removed from the treatment area to ensure the skin is clean and prepared for the procedure.
3Marking

To ensure precise energy delivery, a specialized grid is drawn on the treatment area. The physician will also customize the markings based on your individual concerns and facial structure to maximize treatment effectiveness and results.
4Eye Drops and Eye Shield Application

To protect the eyes, anesthetic eye drops are applied, and a specialized gel is placed on the eyelids to reduce heat sensation during treatment. A protective eye shield is then carefully placed over the eyes to safely allow energy delivery to the eyelids.

*If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before the procedure.
After using the anesthetic eye drops, contact lenses should not be worn for several hours post-treatment, so we recommend bringing glasses.
5RF Energy Delivery

Using the Thermage FLX Eyes–specific treatment tip, radiofrequency (RF) energy is evenly delivered deep into the skin.
Proprietary cooling technology protects the epidermis while effectively targeting the dermis and fat layers.
6Aftercare

After the treatment, soothing or moisturizing care is provided as needed to support skin recovery. Thermage FLX Eyes requires minimal downtime, allowing you to wear makeup and wash your face immediately after the procedure.

Treatment time: Approximately 30 to 45 minutes

Side effects/ downtime: There is almost no swelling after irradiation (*There are individual differences), but in very rare cases, symptoms such as redness, swelling, tenderness like bruising, temporary sensory changes (transient paralysis, etc.), and slight internal bleeding may occur. Rest assured that the redness will subside naturally within a few hours to a few days, and other symptoms will subside naturally within a few days to a few weeks.

Face wash/bathing/ make-up: All can be done immediately after the treatment.

Aftercare: There’s nothing special about it, but be sure to take active UV care and moisturize your skin to prevent wrinkles and sagging.

Notes: ＜Persons who cannot undergo treatment＞
Those with heart disease or a cardiac pacemaker, those with a metal plate embedded in the treatment area, those with diabetes or a constitutional disorder in wound healing, and the treatment area. Those with an infectious disease, those with or suspected of having a malignant tumor, those with a bleeding disorder or keloid constitution, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those using retinol preparations.

The following are absolute contraindications for this treatment. If even one of the following applies to you, you will not be able to receive the procedure. Please inform your physician in advance.

You are currently pregnant or may be pregnant／You are breastfeeding／You have infections, skin conditions, or foreign substances (such as implants) in or near the treatment area／You have a fever or are photosensitive／You have a metal allergy／You have recently experienced significant sunburn／You have a tendency to develop keloids or hypertrophic scars／You have a bleeding disorder／You have chronic illnesses such as heart disease or diabetes／You are currently taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications／You have a history of epileptic seizures／You are currently taking immunosuppressive medications／You have an autoimmune disease／You have an allergy to anesthetic agents／You have received hyaluronic acid injections in the treatment area within the past 6 months, or Botox injections within the past 7 days／You are currently taking isotretinoin (Accutane), or have taken it within the past month／You are currently using topical hydroquinone／You are currently using topical treatments for atopic dermatitis／You are currently using topical retinol／You are currently using topical acne medications

Can I feel the effect after just one treatment?: It is said that 5-10% of the collagen in the skin is contracted by the heat, and you can feel the tightening effect immediately after the treatment.

Should I have the treatment several times?: You can feel the effect after just one treatment, but you will notice the effect even more for 2 to 3 months after the treatment. The duration of the effect is from six months to one year. (*There are individual differences)

I am worried about the pain during the procedure.: Depending on the area, there may be slight pain during irradiation, but the treatment does not cause severe pain. (*There are individual differences)
