“Elite iQ” is a medical laser device that irradiates a laser that reacts with melanin pigment to thermally destroy the tissues that grow hair (dermal papilla and hair matrix cells). It is equipped with an air-cooled cooling device, so there is no need to worry about pain or burns. In addition, it comes with a measuring device called Skintel® that can objectively calculate the melanin amount index “Melaninx”, allowing you to use different lasers depending on your skin tone and set laser parameters more accurately. Using lasers with different wavelengths, it can treat a wide range of unwanted hair, from downy hair to thick hair such as beards.

Side effects/ downtime: There will be some redness after irradiation, but don’t worry, it will disappear within a few hours in most people.

Face wash/bathing/ makeup: Face wash/makeup: Available from the same day.

Aftercare: Immediately after hair removal, the skin is very dry and sensitive. On the day of the treatment, after returning home, apply a moisturizing cream to the treated area to keep it moisturized.

Notes: Please shave in advance.
If there are any areas that are not shaved or left unshaved, we will charge ¥3,300 (tax included) for each area. (¥11,000 for full body shaving)

Please use sunscreen to prevent UV rays. Do not use tweezers when cleaning. If you experience symptoms such as severe pain, discoloration of the skin, or burns, please contact the clinic and be examined.

I’m worried about the pain and burns.: Since the laser is irradiated while being cooled by an air-cooled cooling device, there is almost no need to worry about pain or burns. Please rest assured. (*There are individual differences)

Will your hair become stiff?: Paradoxical hypertrichosis refers to thin hair that grows thicker and thicker due to laser irradiation, but the cause is still not clearly understood. This may occur with either the heat storage hair removal method or the heat destruction method.
