The latest medical HIFU developed by Jaysis, founded in South Korea which is said to be a beauty powerhouse. As a successor to “ULTRAcel Q+”, which is said to be the number one product introduced in clinics in Japan, the treatment time has been significantly shortened and the pain has been improved. You can switch between dot mode and linear mode with one cartridge, allowing smooth treatment while approaching various layers of the skin. Improvements in contour lines and fine lines can be seen immediately after the procedure and 4 weeks after the procedure, and you can expect lasting effects for 2 to 3 months after the procedure.

What is HIFU?

A treatment method that uses continuous irradiation of “High Intensity Focused Ultrasound” to improve sagging and wrinkles. Sagging is said to be caused by loosening of the SMAS layer between the fascia. HIFU causes pinpoint thermal damage to the SMAS layer, promoting collagen production and tightening the skin. This is a popular sagging treatment that requires almost no downtime and is called a “no-cut facelift.”

Treatment time: Dot: Approximately 45 minutes
Linear: Approximately 30 minutes

Side effects/ downtime: You may experience muscle-like pain, redness, stinging, swelling, and burning symptoms. Rest assured that the redness will subside naturally within a few hours to a few days, and other symptoms will subside naturally within a few days to a few weeks.

Face wash/bathing/ make-up: All can be done immediately after the treatment.

Aftercare: There’s nothing special about it, but be sure to take proactive UV care to prevent wrinkles and sagging. After the treatment, be sure to moisturize your skin as it tends to dry out easily.

Notes: You can wash your face from the same day, but please avoid rubbing it too hard with cotton towels, etc. If you wish to receive phototherapy or laser treatment, please wait 2 weeks after the treatment. It is recommended that you apply sunscreen as the skin’s barrier function will be temporarily reduced.

Can I feel the effect after just one treatment?: yes. You can feel the effects immediately after the treatment.
Collagen regeneration occurs over a period of 2 to 3 months, and you will see even more results. (*There are individual differences)

Should I have the treatment several times?: You can feel the effect even just once, but if you want to maintain the lifted feeling, we recommend that you have multiple treatments, once every 3 months at first, and then continue once every 6 months. (*There are individual differences)

I am worried about the pain during the procedure.: Depending on the area, there may be slight pain during irradiation, but the treatment does not cause severe pain.
