Reservations can be made using the online reservation form or by phone (03-6278-7073).
If you have any questions or concerns before your visit, please feel free to contact us by phone.
Our reception staff will be happy to assist you.

2Counseling/examination

Please arrive at your reserved date and time. On the day of your appointment, our counselor will first make a consultation about your concerns. After that, based on what we have learned from your consultation, the doctor will suggest the most suitable treatment for your concerns, and provide detailed explanations on how to spend your time during downtime and precautions to be taken.

3Payment

We will give you a final confirmation of your desired treatment details, and once you are satisfied with them, we will proceed with the treatment. The treatment room is completely private to ensure privacy. All preparations such as makeup removal, during the treatment, and post-surgery preparations are completed in one room, so you can receive the treatment with peace without having to face other customers. You are also free to use the latest hair dryers and doctor’s cosmetics provided.

4Treatment

In addition to cash, you can use various credit cards for payment. If you have any questions about payment, please feel free to let us know.

5Aftercare

Our clinic provides thorough aftercare after treatment, so if you have any questions after returning home, please feel free to contact us by phone.

Questions

I do not speak Japanese. Can I still visit the clinic?
Of course. We warmly welcome patients from around the world, and many of our international patients visit our clinic with the assistance of translation tools. Please feel at ease when visiting us.
For patients who do not speak either English or Japanese, we recommend attending with a professional medical interpreter. We kindly ask patients to arrange this service independently.
To ensure appropriate communication during your consultation, we will verify the interpreter’s professional credentials on the day of your appointment. The interpreter must bring valid documentation confirming their qualifications.
Is there a waiting area for children, family members or other companions?
To protect the privacy and comfort of all patients, companions are generally not permitted inside the clinic, except for professional medical interpreters or essential caregivers.
We kindly ask that children and other accompanying persons do not visit the clinic, as we do not have a dedicated waiting area available.
Can two people attend a consultation together?
To provide each patient with sufficient time and privacy, all consultations are conducted individually in private rooms.
If you are visiting as a group, we kindly ask that each person make a separate appointment.
Can I book an appointment without deciding on a treatment in advance?
Of course. After a consultation and medical assessment, our medical team will recommend the treatment options most suitable for your individual concerns and condition.
Please note that same-day treatment availability depends on our schedule and the availability of the recommended procedure. If the treatment cannot be performed on the same4358 weighted tokens left same day, we may need to arrange a separate appointment for your treatment.
Can I book a consultation and medical examination only?
A consultation and medical examination are available for JPY 11,000.
This fee will be waived when you proceed with treatment and make payment on the same day.
Can I make an appointment if I live outside Japan?
Of course. We welcome appointment requests from patients residing overseas.
You can book an appointment through our online booking form, by telephone, via our inquiry form, or by Instagram DM.
Can I receive treatment on the same day as my consultation?
If you have selected your desired treatment when booking your appointment, we can generally proceed with the treatment on the same day after your consultation, provided that the treatment is considered suitable by our medical team.
If the desired treatment was not indicated at the time of booking, we may not be able to provide the treatment on the same day, depending on the treatment type and availability.
Please note that, in some cases, treatment may need to be scheduled for a later date depending on your skin condition, medical history, current medications, and the availability of the procedure.
If you are planning to receive treatment during a short stay in Japan, we recommend scheduling your appointment early in your stay to allow sufficient flexibility if follow-up care or schedule adjustments are needed.
Can I receive treatment during a short stay in Japan?
Some treatments may be available during a short stay.
Please note that aesthetic treatments may cause downtime or side effects, including redness, swelling, bruising, warmth, discomfort, scabbing, or changes in pigmentation.
Our medical team will recommend a suitable treatment schedule based on your departure date, flight schedule, and travel plans.
Is it safe to receive treatment the day before I leave Japan?
Some treatments may be suitable before departure, while others may require more recovery time due to possible downtime or side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, warmth, or discomfort.
Please inform us of your departure date in advance. Our medical team will assess your condition and treatment plan, and advise you on the most appropriate approach, especially for laser treatments, injectable procedures, skin-tightening treatments, and microneedling procedures.
What should I do if I have any concerns or symptoms after returning home?
If you have any questions or experience any symptoms of concern after treatment, please contact our clinic. Our medical team will advise you on the appropriate next steps based on your symptoms.
If you experience symptoms that may require urgent medical attention, such as severe pain, sudden swelling, bleeding, fever, or signs of an allergic reaction, please seek medical care promptly at a local healthcare facility in your current location or country of residence.

Circumstances in Which Treatment Cannot Be Provided
(Safety Eligibility Criteria)

For your safety, we are unable to provide treatment if any of the following apply:

* You have undergone a skin treatment, including laser treatment, at another medical institution within the past month.

* You have undergone HIFU or radiofrequency (RF) treatment within the past three months.

* You have experienced significant sun exposure or sunburn within the past month.

**Please note:** Even when the required interval has passed, treatment may not be possible if the physician determines during your consultation that your skin condition is unsuitable. We appreciate your understanding.

Booking and
Translation Support

If you are not accompanied by a professional medical interpreter, communication will be supported using translation tools.

To ensure patient safety and clear communication, appointments requiring translation support are scheduled for a longer consultation time.

If you require translation assistance, please make your appointment through the “Click here to book an appointment for non-Japanese speakers” link on our online booking page, even if you reside in Japan.

To help us assess your suitability for treatment, please complete the online medical questionnaire at least three days before your appointment.

Companion Policy

To protect the privacy of all patients, we do not have a waiting area. Except for professional medical interpreters or essential caregivers, companions, including family members and friends, are not permitted inside the clinic.

If you are visiting with another person, please make a separate appointment for each patient.

Please note that companions are not permitted to wait inside the clinic while another patient is receiving treatment. We kindly ask that you leave the clinic promptly once your own appointment has finished.

Pricing

To ensure patient safety and provide sufficient time for clear communication, we allocate extended consultation and treatment time for patients who require language support.

As a result, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and medical equipment are reserved for twice as long as standard appointments.

To maintain this level of care and ensure safe, high-quality treatment, some fees differ from our standard pricing.
